Asylum application rejected

Hello every one
I will really appreciate if anyone can help me
I came uk as dependent in uk in 2009 and I applied refugee in 2018 on basis of marring cousin which probited in Hindu religion n if I go back any thing can happen
I haven’t been to my back home since I came uk
I finished my main interview n biometric
interview went 2 hour long but it was was simple interview n he didn’t ask me any cross question n gave me 5days to submit all related document n I also submitted
But I got rejection letter after 1week of my interview with right of Appel
I am really worried because I got 2 year old baby and I don’t know what to do know

Presumably, you are an Indian citizen. Is that correct? If you are, it could be argued that you can move to another part of India (i.e. if you are from North India, move to the south and vice versa. Alternatively, move to the North-East, which is significantly different culturally from the rest of India).

Also, Hinduism does not have a coherent set of rules, like say Catholicism. It have various sects and sub-sects, some more permissive than others and it may be possible that, depending on the kind of cousin marriage you have, it may be acceptable elsewhere. For instance, it seems that South India is more open to cousin marriage than North India. You could look at moving there.

If I, a stranger on an internet forum, can locate this information, presumably so can a caseworker from the Home Office.

Firstly I am not from India I m from Nepal
And in any part of Nepal if u r Hindu u r not allow to marry ur cousin
Any marriage doesn’t count legal
