Tier 2 General Visa switch documents list

Hi,

One of my friends require this information.
What are the documents required to switch company on Tier 2 General visa?
Can anyone here help with the documents required for switching employer.

It would be pretty much same as a new tier 2 visa application I believe.
My advice is based on personal research/experience, so pls check relevant UKVI sources.

I applied last year and only sent in my old BRP, Passport and photographs.
