BRP EXPIRY & REENTRY

Post by shashankshukla » Sat Sep 15, 2018 2:44 am

Hi all, I am on Uk tier 2 Long-term Staff Migrant, up to 3 years visa. My first year is about to end, my brp expiry date is 20th nov and I have planned my leaves and going to India on 2nd nov to 18th nov.
My visa extension process is in progress. Can there be any problem if I am returning to UK one day before my BRP expiry and haven't received new BRP?

Don't they have your passport while your extension is in process?

If you requested your passport back before the decision, for the purpose of travel, then they will treat your application as withdrawn.
