FRESH ASYLUM CLAIM ON BASIS OF 7 YR CHILD

kindly help me about my case.im too much confuse and cant understand what is happening.
I arrived in uk 2011 july on visit with family, wife and 2 sons 5 yrs and 7 yrs.i did asylum in January 2012 and was refused. i did fresh asylum claim in 2016 and was refused in end of october 2017. i again submitted fresh asylum claim and added in my case that my 2 two sons who are now 13yrs and 15 yrs are living uk from 7 years and attached all documents of sons and address proofs ,bank statements etc.etc.
after 15 days of submission of application in Liverpool i received a biometrics request from HO within 5 days limit. we all did that with in time frame.

only i was going on reporting after 2 weeks time but recently i received letter for me and for me wife as well who was never before going for reporting from last 6 years that you both come for reporting on 20 sep and then after 6 months. i have some medical problems in my legs which i mentioned in my application and attaced some medical documents.
Can you please tell me that they will grant me visa? are these are the positive signs for my case? how much time will HO take to give us visa OR it might be possible they will refuse?
