The checks for naturalization is very robust and more severe than PRDxon23 wrote: ↑Sun Sep 16, 2018 5:21 amHi guys,
Just a quick one in regards to the british naturalisation.
I’m really stuck on my application not knowing whetever I should declare my 3 FPN’s or just leave it out.
Had also few parking tickets which got paid on time
1 Failure to comply with traffic lights 3 points. £100 (2016)
2 failure to display registration plates. £100 (2016)
3 Fixed Penalty Notices (FPNs) for Antisocial Behaviour (ASB) (Scotland) Act 2004. £65 (2015)
I have recently applied for my PR (EU) and only have declared the 3 points for traffic light and it’s been successful.
So, any ideas wherever I should declare all of it for the naturalisation or just mention the 3 points for red light
Many thanks
Well what are the chances of me getting naturalised with these FPN’s will that be a straight decline? Or there is still some hope. £1.3k is a lot to pay for something that’s gonna go to waste.equitydealer wrote: ↑Sun Sep 16, 2018 7:21 pmNobody can be sure on chances of a successful application.
Yeah, that’s what I thought. However will these 3 FPN’s mean that they could possible refuse me due to ‘bad character’
