Tier 2 Sponsorship License Office Space Question

Hi,

Im in a process of applying for Tier 2 Sponsorship License and question is regards to the Office space Lease,

Is it mandatory to have a Private Office Space or Share/Co-Working desk Spaces should be enough to meet UKBA requirements ? I'm looking to rent/lease the space from any supplier.

Please advise.
