Green card by employment?

Hi, I'm currently finishing up my second year of diploma in graphic arts. (diploma=associates degree).

I wonder, if I were to get employed by a company, what will be the procedures, like how much is it going to cost me/company to get the green card? What other requirements will there be, I don't have a bachelors degree yet. What is it that I need to do/have to be able to get green card by having a company to employ me?
