UK Tier-2 ICT Visa Delay

Hi All,

I have applied for UK Tier-2 ICT Visa Long Term 3years, via help of one of the UK Immigration agency, they informed me that before applying to Visa we need to link entities with the UK Home Office and then after that only we can proceed with the application process. So we have provided the required document as per the information provided.
And they have started this process in the month of May and made a application for linking the entities starting from May-21st 2018, but till now it is showing link of entities is "Pending" in the status.
And i am not getting any specific reason for the delay from Immigration agency also.?
Can anybody explain what can be possible reason for the delay for this process. Because of this i am not able to make further progress with my Visa application.
What further action can be taken regarding this.
Please advise..

Why do you need agency. Why don't you simply ask for CoS from your employer and apply yourself. Don't know anything a out agency linking.

My employer has arranged and agency for this process, and CoS has been issued by my employer but the entire process is assigned to that agency.

Request your employer if you can do it yourself. CoS has an expiry of 3 months.

Thank you for the suggestion. If i try to apply by myself for Tier-2 ICT Visa (Long Term-5yrs) by next week. How long it can take up to get the Visa approved.?
And if i apply by myself, then what will happen with the current application which our agency has been already applied.? And whether it will affect my current application..?
And my Employer is Fully A-Rated Sponsor, on that case i hope i need not to maintain 945GBP as a personal savings, am i right.?
