Hi to every one, I'm new here and was hoping someone can help on this matter. I came to UK on spouse visa on 01,02,2011 after the 2.5 years I was given in passport i applied for extension as I had not passed life in UK test for ilr but my application was refused as I did not know I had to do the English test. I was allowed to stay under the human rights act due to having 3 children and was told I had to do the 10 year Route. My question is does the 10 years start from when I arrived in UK or from the refusal letter. I have just got my 30months extension back so I have been in UK for 7.5 years now but don't know if I have to do another 30 months after this one or I can apply for indefinite leave to remain.
