Hi,
I have just got an offer letter from University.
The course starts September 2018

I am planning to apply for my Tier 4 VISA next week along with my dependant.
I am currently in a Tier 2 VISA.

What is the average time lime for getting a visa?
Will I make it for September course?

I think if you go for priority or same day service then it should be fine I guess. If not, some unis can defer your CAS to January intake if you request.
