Applying dependent extension visa outside UK

Hello All,

Currently I am holding Tier 2 ICT visa valid till 4/12/2018 and I am in a process to apply for extension. My wife also holds a dependent visa valid till 4/12/2018 but she lives in Belgium. I am aware that she can't apply UK Visa Extension from Belgium so she will have to raise a fresh application for dependent visa.So my question is will she have to wait till I get my new BRP or she can still go ahead and apply ? Or is it fine only to provide my sponsorship letter to support her application process?

she can go to the UK and apply extension in the country. Of course, she will have to stay in the UK during the decision.
