British citizenship application

Hello All,
I am EEA national got my permanent residence last year june 2017 , i am in a process of applying for British citizenship online.
My wife non EEA got her permanent residence card last year 21st October so according to Home Office letter she is eligible to apply for British citizenship on 21st October.
My question is as i am applying for citizenship there is question if i want to add anyone to application can i add my wife and apply for her as well few days earlier than as she is eligible on from 21st October according to Home Office letter.

No. There's no concession for anyone to apply for BC earlier than their qualifying date.
