Tier 2 application error

I am a doctor. I have made an error on tier 2 visa application and submitted it. My CoS (certificate of sponsorship) is for 3 years. I have wrongly selected my specialty (anaesthesia) as in shortage occupation list when in fact it is not. Also due to this error the system charged me less money for visa fee, although I have correctly paid 3 years health surcharge. What are my options? Kindly advise..

Best withdraw and submit new application. Or add a cover note explain error and ready to pay difference amount.
