Interpret the rule 319J-h

Post by jafersadeq » Sun Sep 23, 2018 1:03 pm

Dear Gurus,

According to the immigration rules:

Family members of relevant points-based system migrants
Children of relevant points-based system migrants
319J. Requirements for indefinite leave to remain
(h) All arrangements for the child’s care and accommodation in the UK must comply with relevant UK legislation and regulations.

Please interpret that rule, what are the requirements?

Thanks
