Accommodation for ILR

Hi everyone,

My husband and I live with a friend of ours - we pay rent and he has drawn up a tenancy agreement that we can use for the visa. Do I need to prove that the house is not overcrowded? Or that our room is bigger than 50 square meters? Everything online is talking about housing reports but I am not sure it's for ILR SET (M)
Please help I go in person in a week.
