Home office refused my application on the basis of interview of me and my partner.they believe that our businesses are not genuine and expressed doubts on our business activity.they gave us 0 points for investment and 0 for business activity but they awarded 20 points for job creation.my solicitor advice to go for jr and challenge home office decision.
Applied permission for jr in Jan 2018 paper application refused in June.permission was granted in oral hearing then in Sep 2018 home office asked me to withdraw jr they agreed to reconsider my application and finally today I received approval letter. Thanks to almighty Allah.

That’s seems to be very quick after you signed consent order. How many days home Office took to grant you a visa, ones you withdrew JR?

Yes I was expecting 1-2 months but HO took one week to send approval letter that received today and I didn't pay ihs until now
