my story is a bit long but ill try to make it short
, I am a refugee in the UK and i have ILTR and few months ago I applied for the citizenship and yet no answer. now i know that if I have a child in the UK he/she should be UK citizen without going through the hassle. but the issue is that my girlfriend is from Bahrain, and she cant be here in a different visa. because of the political mess in Bahrain. the child wont get the Bahraini nationality, and if I am going to pay for a private hospital in the UK to deliver the baby my girlfriend could get banned when applying for the next visa. 5 years ago my parents wanted to visit me and they do not have the same situation as me (in politics), so we applied for a visa and they mentioned me in the application and my brother who is an international student and been on and off from the country for years, my parents didnt get banned but they were refused for stupid and meaningless reasons and thats why i said she cant apply for a different visa. even my brother when he first applied for a TIER 4 visa he was refused and i had to go to a solicitor and pay her.
beside the NHS will make us pay around 2000 to 5000 pound and it might be difficult for me to manage a lot of money like that and Bahrain's hospitals are going to do the same plus the baby will not get any nationality.
if my application to the citizenship is approved, one problem should be solved. as a UK citizen i would be able to pass it to the baby but still have to pay a lot of money in any hospital
can anyone please give any advice
ive been reading for days now and i cant find anything helps me find a solution for the money and not getting banned
