Am I applying for ILR too early?

Post by sidarora123 » Tue Sep 25, 2018 9:49 am

I am planning to apply for my ILR via the Tier 2 continuous 5 year residence route.

My first Tier 2 BRP was issued on 22 November 2013.

That implies my 5 year period finishes on 22 November 2018. 28 days before that is 25 October.

I have booked a premium service appointment for 26 October which per my understanding is the first day I can apply on. Is my calculation correct or I am applying too early? As you know even 1 day early would mean I lose out on the entire application fee so I would really appreciate your help in this regard.

I think that's okay.
