Tier 1 entrepreneur dependent visa

My husband has moved to uk on a tier 1 entrepreneur visa a month ago.
I wish to know if i can use the same bank account he has used to show his maintenance fund.
My bank statement has sufficient balance but there is deep in balance for few days.
suggest what best can be done.
I have to apply for visa as early as possible
