yes, you can, and attach a copy of your birth certificate. Also, the money should have been in your father's account for 28 days (including weekends)

They are professional immigration advisers. It is perverse and even potentially dangerous for you to be not use this free and dedicated service offered by your Tier 4 sponsor.
