Tier one FLR need advice re attorney

Hello Guys:

New here. Need some help. I am self employed and have to file soon for FLR under tier one. AS I read application and guidance notes things are a little tricky if self employed. I have decided to seek professional help. Can anyone recommend a competent attorney?
