Do you have RC? Did you apply for RC as a worker, or as family member with your husband as sponsor? Are you EEA or non-EEA?
By the time we get to next March, PR will not exist anymore - the new Pre-Settled Status (for people with less than 5 years living in UK) and the new Settled Status (for people with more than 5 years of living in UK) will be in place - and for these new schemes, all you need to prove is that you've been a resident here.
Make sure you keep a paper trail with documents/paperwork showing your name on things like bills/P60s/NHS letters/rental agreements. Put your name on the bills of the new place and on the council tax - this will help with the paper trail.
I would keep the joint account for now until it's clear how your situation with him unfolds - but if you're working, you can open a new bank account in your name only, and move your salary there. Again this will help with the paper trail for the new Settled Status scheme.
