Uk spouse visa

Hi, I really need your help. I'm a british national .i want to apply spouse visa but i'm my father full time carer. I don't have any other income except carer allowance. Kindly guide me the procedure and financial requirements as my case is bit complicated.please help me.

With carers allowance, you are exempt from the financial rule of £18,600 but you will still need to show you have adequate maintenance available to financially support your spouse.

All other requirements including English, TB certificate, Accommodation etc all still apply to you just like everyone else.
