Processing Time Vignette Transfer

Hi,
Can someone help me understand whats the processing time taken for a Tier-2 ICT Vignette transfer?
Will it be shorter or longer than the normal visa processing time? Normal visa processing takes 15 days and fast track takes 5 days.
