Tier 1 enterpreneur visa delayed inside UK

Post by Alen504 » Tue Oct 02, 2018 5:20 am

I came to this country as tier 4 student visa and finished my master degree sept/2017 and before that i claimed asylum on August/2017 and was refused. On june 2018 i had the opportunity to do business in UK as my dad send me investment funds as a gift to help me. For that i withdraw my asylum and applied for tier 1 enterpreneur visa, they send me a letter that says it takes 8 weeks. On the sixth week i got a letter that says we need more time to decide your application as it raises exeptional issues. On the week number 12, i got a letter that says i am liable to be detained and the conditions has been varied! New condition is that i am not allowed to work , and i must go to the reporting centre every last Wednesday in each month until decision made. I already went on the 26/sept/2018 to the reporting centre. I am just wondering what should i do as i am really suffering in my life, and i have severe anxiety and i take strong medication just to calm me down. What should i do right now? And how long this might take? And why they take this long time?
Thanks for cooperation with me

When did you get your refusal for the asylum application ? Between the refusal and your new application in June, what was your status ?

ok. Unfortunately, there is not much you can do. Many applications take a long time.

You just need to stay strong and wait. You can write to your MP, include a medical report and request for expediting your application. But there are no guarantees
