hi to all this is my first time
i have a question, if anyone has information
please assist me thanks.

In 2005 my brother (a us citizen) filled a petition form i130. now we asked by the us department of immigration to start submitting the documents but i have a problem, that i claimed Asylum here in the UK and my passport is withheld by the home office . i am waiting a decision. can the home office issue a travel document??? and if they issue can the US accept this??? please help

As far as I know the Home Office won't issue a travel document because your application is currently being processed and you have not been granted asylum in the UK yet. If you are granted asylum in the UK, double check with them if your passport is returned to you or a travel document is issued.

Either way you will to wait until your application for asylum in the UK is completed.
