ILR with accident in past but not my fault

Post by Bikram_maharjan » Tue Oct 02, 2018 5:19 pm

Dear all,
I am going to apply for ILR in a couple of months time. I had a car accident last year which was not my fault and the case is not closed yet. Someone told me that because of that accident my application for ILR could be refused. So, I have been searching in different online sources if this could happen but I have not found any clear answer yet.
I would really appreciate if anyone had experienced this kind of situation in your life or if you have any ideas in this regards please do share with me to solve my problem.
Many thanks

If your accident did not involve criminal offense, should not be any problem to apply ILR.
