Dear Senior members

I am on T1 Entrepreneur with no dependents, switched from PSW. Initial T1 Ent approved in Dec 2013, Extension approved in March 2017. I will be applying for ILR in Nov 2018 which is 28 days before 5 years completion.

Need advise regarding RTI

1. RTI figures not matching wage slip
Wage slip of July 2017 for one employee had incorrect wage rate (below minimum wage rate) and RTI/FPS is according to the incorrect wageslip. I got the wage slip rectified later but RTI was already submitted to HMRC so now the wage slip and RTI figures do not match.
I am claiming points for job creation for that month for my ILR and if submit new wage slip and actual RTI that was submitted to HMRC then it will show mismatched figures....what can i do about this. I know a new RTI can be created to match the figures but it would show current date, would that be accepted by UKVI, anyone had similar situation??

Seniors please advise what to do now.
