Help with MN1 online form

Hello,

This is the first time Iam posting in this forum.So please help me with my queries.
I was applying for the Naturalization of my 3 month old baby through online Mn1 application. So my question is ,

1. Is it possible to use the referee forms from the paper Mn1 application form along with the online application. As I have to get one of the references from a professional, I feel like it’s not fair going and asking the GP for his details and then once the application is submitted going to the GP again to get the form signed, whereas in the paper application form I can have the referee details and also get the form signed at the same time.

Health visitor has already refused to give the details as it is asking for British passport number.

2. Baby hasn’t had any identity documents. So what can l write down for the ‘reason for not providing any identity documents ‘.

As I have travel plans in the end of December I have to get the baby naturalized ASAP. That’s why I chose the online way of applying.
