police registration not mentioned on vignette

Hello,

I have tier 4 entry clearance, I entered the UK on 9th of Sep.
my entry clearance doesn't mention anything about police registration although I'm a citizen of a country that usually is required to register (Egypt), do I have to register anyway? I live in Singapore and got my vignette from Manila's embassy.

If you are in the UK for up to six months, you are not required to register.

If you are in the UK for more than six months, presumably you have collected your BRP by now. If the instruction to register is not on the BRP either, that is a mistake by the entry clearance officer. You are not required to register or to have it corrected.
