Tier 2 General Visa Extension

Post by GhieLinsangan » Sat Oct 06, 2018 12:39 am

Hi.

I am trying to read on the threads of information, unfortunately I don’t quite understand “WHEN is the EARLIEST POSSIBLE date I can apply for Tier 2 Visa Extension on Standard Service?”
Can please someone help me.

I am trying to work out my timeline.

I am supposed to get married on March 2019.

My Tier 2 visa expires 15th March 2019. I am meaning to go back to the Philippines on 7th of March 2019.

What can you advice me on this. Is it possible for me to still push through with this under such circumstance?

Kind Regard,
Ghie :?

You can use premium service so you can normally get the result on the same day. So if you apply extension on mid of Feb, so you can get the BRP before you travel on 7 MAR (Normally).
