i have submitted AN application via ndrs/online/jcap

however i would like to send one recorded delivery envelope so my post can come through tracked/ signed delivery due to some issues with post at my address.

i didnt send one before , can i send one now ?

if yes , how? ( addressed to ? and what address ? )
