I hope a senior member with knowledge in this area can help.
We wanted to apply for a Tier 2 visa sponsorship license and need to understand if Key persons (Authorising Officer/Level 1 user) required for the sponsorship can be part time employees of the company.
Home Office guidelines says that the key persons should be based in the UK and be paid staff of the company, so is not very clear to us...
We do not want to employ a full time staff to start with but we have someone who understands our business and can do this job as part time for a small salary...
