Tier 2 General Dependent - Maintenance Fund

Post by karimjavith » Tue Oct 09, 2018 10:44 pm

Dear Sir/Madame,

I am aware of maintenance fund question asked million times in the same forum but I have a very specific question. I would much appreciate for the answer as it is bit of concern for us.

I wanted to switch from Tier 2 ICT LT to Tier 2 General Dependent and I am applying separately. As per home office requirement, we need to show 90 days statement without a drop in single day below the amount 630GBP. we are planning to show multiple account of mine and my wife's account. Question is - does all the accounts must include 90 days or is it ok if I show fund as per below :
1. Account 1 (My wife account) - covering 90 days (25 July - 25 October)
2. Account 2 (My account) - 6 Aug - 25 October.

The Account 2 is to show threshold amount by combining with Account 1 (as and when the amount drops in Account 1).

Many Thanks.

@cyclina1 - many thanks for your response.

I could get a maintenance letter from my wife's employer now (although her visa is granted last year). Will that do any good?
