PBS Dependant - Child

Hi Everyone,
I am on Tier-1 Entrepreneur visa and looking to apply for my 1 year old UK born child, as Dependant.
Policy guidance shows there are 4x different services to go for:
1) Standard (Application gets decided approx. in 8 weeks)
2) Priority (Application gets decided in 10 working days)
3) Premium (Same Day decision)
4) Super-Premium

I am looking to go with option 2, i-e 'Priority'.

But, when I filled an online application form, it only gives me options for 1, 3 and 4 in Payment section.
Priority option is missing.
Do I have to do something differently?

Priority service as far as I know is for Tier 2/5 routes. You can get a same day decision if you go the PSC route
