Bringing my wife and daughter as ILR dependents

Hello all,

This is first time I'm posting questions in this site so please let me know if I'm not clear or posted under wrong forum.
I got ILR on 25-APR-2018 on Tier1 general basis, so now I need to apply dependent visas for my wife and daughter(born in india). my wife was here once as Tier1 general dependent and then things changed and she went to india and we had baby in india.
Once I got my ILR I've opend a limited company and registerd my self as employee to that company,so now I'm both director and employee of that company.
I'm withdrawing 3000£(gross) as my monthly salary and paying taxes from MAY'18 so by end of OCT'18 it'll meet the criteria of 22400(18600(wife)+3600(child)).
so my questions here is:
a) as I've opend limited company will I become self employee and do I need to show 1year accounts information or
b) can I apply as an employee by showing the payslips for last 6months?

Has your wife's PBS dependant leave expired?
If it hasn't, then she may return to the UK on it. Child may apply for a PBS dependant visa in-line with her.

Else, for required specified evidence under Appendix FM, see Appendix FM-SE.

Thanks for your reply, yes my wife PBS dependent visa got expired.
