Dear experts need to your help.
I applied for residence card as non Eu after divorce but was asked during process if I want permanent residence card via email as I have provided enough evidence to acquire that. (My ex have permanent residence card). I said yes to permanent residence card. Today I have received my BRP which say like this
Residence card
Type of permit: family member - Eu residence
Also at the bottom ( residence card of a family member of a union citizen)
On back side . Remarks: Eu right to reside.
Now confused part is this that I have received two letters with my return of documents. One saying I been issued with permanent residence card and also Mention when I acquired my PR status but also there’s an other letter which is saying residence card ( retention right of residence).
I’m Confused with this. Have I received permanent residence card or residence card ( retention right of residence) ? Should I contact them if they have issued me wrong card? As they clearly mention they will issue me permanent residence card and also it’s mention on letter too.
Thank you very much for your help.

Is there an expiration date on your residence card? A "Valid until" date?

A Permanent residence card should include the words "Permanent Residence". See also

So that’s mean this is not permanent residence card. But they have send me letter that I will receive permanent residence card. Also other letter saying I will receive residence card which I have received. Any suggestions? They said in the email that will be issued permanent residence card and now this.

On a 2nd thought you think I might will receive permanent residence card too? I received my documents today and on top letter was saying permanent residence card issued and under all my documents at the bottom a different letter said residence card. Also I have received residence card today as well. I also read if you don’t receive in 10 days so contact on email provided. Or they won’t send me an other card and I should report problem? Just a second opinion
