No one can give you any advice until you provide more information on your immigration history.

Under what circumstances have you applied for FLR(FP) :?:

Hi casa
Came here as a student in 2009 then post study work fr two years later got tier 1 entrepreneur visa

Upon applying extension it gt refused then applied fr flrhro and varied to flr fp ( family and private life)
Then home office asked fr further evidence to prove that dependent children lives in the same address
Which I submitted
So was wondering if anyone else gone through the same n any positive outcome

Thanks

In my honest opinion, if you and your husband are of the same nationality, your chances of success may be slim.
The Case Worker is likely to take the view that you can re-settle in your home country and young children will easily adapt to a new environment outside of the UK.

No one can tell you how long you will have to wait for a decision.

Hi casa thanks for your reply
I got refused with appeal rights
Since I'm the main applicant do I need to appeal just in one form writing my husband and child s details or do I need to fill three forms
During appeal my husband will be completing his 10 years so if I then withdraw n go for ilr will tht be OK
Please consider to reply

Thanks
