SET(O) or SET(M) for PBS dependents ILR application

Hi,

Through Tier 1 general I got ILR and now British Citizen. Both my wife and daughter(daughter born in India) are currently PBS dependents. I am planning to apply ILR for both as my wife completed 5 years now in UK. Could you please confirm the following.

1. For the ILR application of my wife and daughter I need to use SET(O) application.
2. I am planning to apply ILR for them on 15th October 2018 and when I calculate 5 years backwards, from 15th October 2013 until March 2014 my wife was not present in UK. As the absence in that 1 year period (14th October 2013- 15th October 2014) is less than 180 days hope this is OK.
3. Hope there is no requirement for my wife to be present in UK on 15th October 2013 if I apply ILR on 15th October 2018. (When five years counted backwards)
4. As I am British citizen now, I need to apply ILR for my daughter instead of applying citizenship directly.

Would you able to confirm on the above 4 and please correct me if I am wrong.
