IHS is still outstanding but I already paid.

I received an email for my spouse settlement visa on Oct 5th requesting payment of $810 US for IHS. I paid on Oct 5th.

I received this email below:
TRANSACTION CONFIRMATION

The online payment for your Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS) has been safely and securely processed by WorldPay, on behalf of UK Visas & Immigration

(UKV&I). This payment will be shown on your card/ bank statement as 'Imm Health Surcharge'.
Transaction Reference
The transaction reference for your payment of USD 810.00 is IHS00000000PA01|2018-10-05T18:30:40. On completion of your IHS application you will also be emailed a copy of your IHS reference number, which you will need for your immigration application.

.,...,............. I emailed the confirmation number and amount to IHS Sheffield.

Today Oct 12th, I received an email from UK Visa saying that my payment is outstanding and that I had to pay by the 12th. I already paid and emailed twice. Not sure why it shows that it's still outstanding. Can someone please provide any advice? Thank you very much.

I sent them this information on October 5th after I received the confirmation email. I even resent it after I received the"ihs outstanding" email on October 12th. However, I am still puzzled as to why she is unable to access my info. I tried calling for a second escalation and they said that I should call back on Thursday October 18th in order to do so. So I'll try calling again on the 18th. Fingers crossed.

They probably have it, just slow to reply. Keep on the IHS department as they are the ones waiting on the payment.
