FBR Entry Number?

Hi,
My husband became an Irish citizen through Foreign Birth Registration. Our son was born after he became a citizen and I'm trying to complete the FBR application for him online. The application asks for my husband's "FBR Entry Number". I have my husband's Certificate of Entry to the Foreign Births Entry Book. This certificate has a certificate number listed at the top, a book number and just a 4 digit number listed in the line 1. Which one is the FBR Entry Number? I'm guessing it's the certificate number but I want to make sure that's correct before sending everything.

It should be the number in box 1 - not the certificate number. If it is a recent version of the FBR certificate, that number is also repeated at the bottom with the caption "Certified Copy of Entry Number xxxxxxx in the Foreign Births Register".
