Replication after Tier 2 visa extension was refused

Hi! My Tier 2 visa extension was refused as the salary was deemed too low for the working hours specified on the COS. Am I able to submit a new application with correct COS/Working Hours/Salary in the 14 days given for administrative review?

Do I need to explain myself on the new application? If anyone has gone through this process your advice is much appreciated.

Yes, you can apply again with salary requirement fulfilled. But you will also need to pay the application fee again, of course. Apply within the AR period won't waive you the application fee.

Thank you. Do I need to explain in the new application why the changes? and a bit unrelated, if one were to go through the same day service, are appointments given shortly after or do we need to wait for weeks? I'm thinking that the 8 week Period would not allow me to travel home for Christmas.

I'm reapplying for a Tier 2 visa after an extension got refused on salary grounds. I'm still in the country under the 14 day grace period. 1- Can I apply for an Unrestricted COS or having an expired visa means I need a restricted one?

2- Will the HO require more documents? or would a letter from my employer stating the mistake in the number of hours (we counted in lunch breaks) and a salary increase work? (the difference is really minor)

3- Am I allowed to work while waiting for a decision? If not, is it possible to apply under the same day service. I was told that is not advisable after a refusal.
