Tier 2 General to ILR booking checklist EMPTY

Hi,

I have made a premium service appointment for ILR application @croydon.
On the 19th october.I am applying from tier 2 General to ILR.
Once after filling the application online. I was able to download the completed application and appointment booking checklist.

The booking checklist document doesnt provide with a list of documents needed as supporting evidence. Whereas one of my colleagues when he applied for an ILR under same tier 2 General route, via premium appointment @cardiff on 14 sep has got a definitive list of docs in his booking checklist.

Is there some doc, that i am missing some how that i haven't downloaded. Is any one aware of this change. Could some one shed some light on this from their own recent booking checklist please to ascertain if the booking checklist doc thats given out as a download has changed in the last 30 days
