English langusage requirment

Hi

I am, applying for Teir(general)
I had done my B tech From Dr RamManohar Lohia University which is listed in Self assessment tool of BIA, and the tool is also giving points on that in qualification and english language requirment sections,

Do I need to submit any extra cretificate from NARIC or any English language test for TIER1( general) application.
