OCI document upload

Hi

I managed to sucessfully upload image and signature of all family memebers in one go but when uploading supporting documents, i keep getting error message that ' document must be in valid PDF format'.

I am uploading PDF and the document size is 93.3kb.

I have also tried to one application again to see if it works on new application and i got the same error message

After all this, i tried to login in back to the part completed application and now i am unable to login as temporary id is not valid.

I dont know how should i move forward now.

I have called VFS helpline and as per their instruction emailed the error message and screen shot of my PDF properties but not heard back yet.
