Visa Application from India

Hello,

My wife's PBS dependant visa is expiring in November and due to her ill health she is not able to fly to UK for visa extension. Can I apply for her extension from India via vfs? If so how is the best way to approach this. I have already filled up form on gov.co.uk. Is there a way I can find more information around this? Thanks for any help in advance.
