Spouse Visa

Post by npm1 » Wed Oct 17, 2018 5:53 pm

Hi,
My first post on this forum guys, other than the copies for my spouses visa, intended for the home office to process the visa. Would i need to give copies to my spouse to take to the interview?

My spouse is in pakistan and i live in the UK. I am looking to bring her over to live with me, in my parents house.

In addition to the above question, how would i go about proving that the living space is adequate to house current occupants including myself and my spouse.
Would these documents be enough to prove suitability of my household
- Letter from Sponsor's Parents
- Land Registry/Title Deeds
- Environmental Health Report
- Letter from Mortgage Company
- Photographs of Property

Would i be submitting the documents or would i give it to my partner to submit the documents.

@Londoner007, are you saying that my spouse would not need to go to the interview?

Would my spouse needs copies of the documents, and would my spouse be submitting the paper work?

Again please help!!

If you mean bio-metrics appointment, then IT IS NOT an interview. They go there to submit finger prints and passport ONLY.

For Bio-metrics they only take following docs:

- Appointment letter
- Passport
- 2x passport copies
- Printed online application to only show

You then get all documents from Pakistan like TB certificate, appendix 2 etc sent to you in UK, then you add your stuff like payslips etc then send the whole file directly to Sheffield from within UK.
