Hi Everyone,

I have received ccj and bay leafs on my companies name and on tier 1 entrepreneur visa which is due to extension next month.

It is an electricity bill which e-on is claiming however we never singed any contract with them( it looks like it is different company with similar name).

We have missed letters and ccj because they were drooped next door. I am very nervous will it impact me as director and my application.

1.Should just pay the bill 850 and appeal against it as we haven't signed any contract and used the supplier.
2.Legal cost are more than bill should i just pay and ignore it.

3.Impact on my ILR or company or Citizenship application.

Please I will appreciate valuable suggestions.
