Is sorting Student accomodation before visa Application important?

Post by sew » Fri Oct 19, 2018 3:40 am

Hi,
I wanted to know is it important to sort the accommodation before the tier 4 visa application? I have currently applied for the university student accommodation and have been told that they will confirm the outcome in December. If i don't get any place i have a few private hostels in mind that i will be considering. I am applying for the January intake so will be applying for tier 4 visa in November.
I have been advised to give the address of university in the tier 4 application if the accommodation has not been sorted but during the interview is it enough to let them know the names of the hostels I've applied for and that I'm still waiting for the outcome of the decision?

Looking forward to some advice.

No, it is irrelevant.

If they happen to ask, yes.
I do not give immigration advice. I refer you to Immigration Rules, guidance, other online content and to your sponsor.
