Administrative Review for IELTS refusal Tier 2

Hi , I have applied for my tier 2 general sponsorship visa this month and it been refused by the immigration officer due to problem with my IELTS certificate. I have done my IELTS academic form British council and it is valid till 2019 September. But the notes says mine is not a valid IELTS as it is not IELTS for UK VI. I am sure that Is I did the IELTS through British council website and I got overall 7.5 . I have applied for the Administrative Review to reconsider. But I don’t know whether they take it or not. What do you think? Will they overturn the decision. Please advise
